The help desk: Chapter 07

Account, plans & security

Plans and billing, passwords, two-factor authentication, notifications, and deleting your account.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers full planning for 2 active events, up to 30 guests per event, 3 co-organizers, and 25 AI credits a month. Pro raises those to 500 guests per event, 25 co-organizers, and 300 AI credits a month with priority AI access, plus automated RSVP reminders, guest analytics, recurring events (Traditions), custom branding without the "Powered by Reunion Fund" badge, and priority support.

New Pro subscribers currently lock in the Charter Organizer rate of $12/month for as long as they stay subscribed, while it lasts. Once the first 50 Charter seats are claimed, new subscribers pay the $19/month list price instead.

Both plans include RSVPs, committees, tasks, budgets, documents, chat, the Memory Wall, the share kit, and WeeBie. See the pricing page for current prices and availability.

In Settings, under the Security tab, you can set a new password. If you've forgotten your current one, log out and use "Forgot password" on the login page to get a reset link by email.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)?

In Settings → Security, start the 2FA setup: scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and similar), then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on, logging in takes your password plus a code from your app.

We recommend 2FA for anyone organizing an event with a shared fund.

I lost my phone and can't pass 2FA. What do I do?

Contact us through the contact page from the email address on your account, and our team will verify it's you and reset 2FA so you can get back in. For security, we can't disable 2FA from a request made through any other channel.

How do I manage my notifications?

The bell in the header shows everything as it happens: task assignments, invites, document uploads, approvals. The notifications page lets you filter and clear in bulk, and Settings → Notifications controls what reaches your email.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, open Delete Account. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase, because deletion is permanent: your profile, events, and data are removed, and any active Pro subscription is canceled as part of the process.

If something's driving you away that we could fix, we'd genuinely like to hear about it first.
