The help desk: Chapter 06
Memories & Traditions
The Memory Wall, recurring events, returning guests, event recaps, and stories.
What is the Memory Wall?
The Memories tab on an event page is a shared keepsake: guests post photos (up to 5 MB) and notes (up to 2,000 characters) before, during, and after the event.
Posting is reserved for people who are actually part of the gathering: the organizer, committee members, and anyone who has RSVP'd.
What are Traditions?
A Tradition is a gathering that comes back: the annual reunion, the yearly campout. It links each year's event into a series with its own home page: every edition on a timeline, aggregate stats, and a one-click way for the organizer to start the next edition.
Recurring events are a Pro feature.

Does Reunion Fund recognize returning guests?
Yes. For events that are part of a Tradition, organizers see which RSVPs are returning faces from earlier editions, including how many years they've been coming. A small thing that makes a big difference for welcomes and shout-outs.
What is the event recap?
After the big day, WeeBie can write a yearbook-style recap of your event, drawing on the story, the milestones, and the memories everyone posted. It makes a lovely closing post, and a first page for next year's edition.
What are Stories?
Stories are longer posts you can write and share on Reunion Fund: a recap of the reunion, the history behind a tradition, a thank-you to the committee. Browse them under Stories in the header, or write your own.
